Trade in building materials of all kinds and related articles with the exception of shops subject to approval. The Company is entitled to expand the object, to participate in companies of the same or similar nature or to acquire them and to establish branches at home and abroad. The management of companies of the same or similar object is also permitted. The company is entitled to conclude profit and loss transfer agreements within the meaning of 17 KStG (1977) if the tax requirements are met and the shareholders decide by a 3/4 majority.
