The purpose of the Company is: 1) The Import, Export and Trade from the International and Greek Market of Electronic Goods, Communication Systems, Intercoms, Video Intercoms and Related Items as well as the Composition and Manufacture of Parts or All of them and any other commercial act not named herein, provided that it meets the concept of Commerce. 2) The Participation of the Company in Other Companies of any Corporate Type, General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships Limited Liability Companies, Sociétés Anonymes, etc. incorporated in Greece or abroad and pursuing the same or similar purpose as that of the Company.
